The Young Professionals & Student Activity Committee (YPS-AC) of the Industrial Electronics Society (IES) offers financial support of up to 1500 USD to the IEEE IES S&YP members to attend IES conferences. The deadline for SYPA submission is 5th February.

The new and final deadline for submitting your work is 15 Dec 2023. This extension is a one-time opportunity, and there will be no further prolongations.

Paper Submission Notice:
For the initial submission, there's no need to conduct a PDF eXpress check. After acceptance of your paper, you will be notified to perform PDF eXpress check before uploading the final version. The conference ID for this process is 58233X. (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F) The PDF checking website will be accessible from January 31 to February 29. Kindly ensure that the authors conduct the PDF check during this period.
